Hi, I'm Morgan Rose.

Yoga has always been an outlet for my creativity, a way for me to understand myself and the space I take up in this world.

It began as a salve to treat my unsettled soul and has morphed into a salve to treat my ever-expanding heart.

Yoga has become my means of communication.

It’s the tea I serve when a friend comes over.

It’s the hug I give when we see each other.

It’s the friendship I offer you.

I am a teacher, but my offering is more like a meal we’ve all crafted together and I’m just the one serving the food.

Sometimes my offering is full of movement but mostly it’s been simmering for awhile in sweet meditation and that’s what I’d like you to taste.

It’s through my work with United We Om, as an advisor to the board and also as a Karma Project Teacher working with the women of MOMMA’s house that I’ve begun to taste the real essence of my offering.

It’s less about structure and more about human connection, breaking down barriers and really seeing each other.

My classes are sweet, soft and so nutritive.  Laced with heavy doses of pranayama and meditation, you’ll leave feeling brighter, more luminous and less frayed.

Everyday my yoga looks different and yet it’s exactly the same.

It’s me, my love, my joy, my pain and my suffering — Infused with all of yours.  And what we get in the end is this incredibly nutritive tonic.

That’s my yoga.
