RETURN TO THE WELL: A WOMEN’S RETREAT

Terms & Conditions

September 11–16, 2027
Broughton Sanctuary, Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Hosted by Morgan Rose Simeone / Rituals for the Season and Kristina Constantino

These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in Return to the Well: A Women’s Retreat (“the Retreat”). By booking the Retreat, submitting payment, and checking the box confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Return to the Well is a women’s retreat open to participants age 18 and older.

Morgan Rose Simeone and Kristina Constantino (“the Retreat Hosts”) reserve the right to determine whether the Retreat is an appropriate and safe fit for a prospective participant.

If the Retreat Hosts decline a participant’s booking within seven (7) days of the initial booking, all retreat payments made will be refunded in full.

If participation is declined or terminated after that seven-day period due to information provided by the participant, failure to meet retreat requirements, safety concerns, participant conduct, or other reasonable grounds related to the participant, the standard cancellation policy described below will apply, subject to applicable consumer law.

2. Booking & Payment

Your reservation is confirmed upon completion of the required booking process and receipt of the required deposit or payment.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Participants using a payment plan are responsible for making payments according to the schedule established at the time of booking. Payment due dates are firm.

Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in cancellation of the reservation. Any amounts already paid will remain subject to the cancellation and refund policy contained in these Terms & Conditions.

Payment-processing, credit-card, booking-platform, and similar transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Participant Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to either:

Morgan Rose Simeone / Rituals for the Season
ritualsfortheseason@gmail.com

Kristina Constantino
kmcyoga100@gmail.com

A cancellation is considered effective on the date the written notice is received.

Deposits are non-refundable.

For cancellations received on or before May 1, 2027, the participant is eligible for a refund equal to 50% of eligible retreat payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit, excluding non-refundable payment-processing or platform fees.

For cancellations received after May 1, 2027, retreat payments are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrival, early departure, missed activities, unused accommodations, meals, programming, or any other portion of the Retreat a participant elects or is unable to use.

4. Booking Transfers

A participant who can no longer attend may request to transfer her booking to another eligible participant.

All transfers must receive prior written approval from either Morgan Rose Simeone or Kristina Constantino. Transfer requests should be submitted by email and are not considered approved until written confirmation is provided.

The replacement participant must agree to these Terms & Conditions and complete all required forms, waivers, payments, and registration requirements.

5. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances such as illness, injury, family emergencies, flight cancellations or delays, lost luggage, trip interruption, and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent or disrupt participation in the Retreat.

Purchasing appropriate insurance and understanding the terms of that coverage are solely the participant’s responsibility.

Participants are also encouraged to confirm that they have appropriate medical coverage while traveling internationally.

6. Travel & Entry Requirements

Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for transportation to and from Broughton Sanctuary, including airfare, trains, taxis, private transportation, transfers, and any other travel expenses.

Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport, any required visas or travel authorizations, and all other documentation necessary to enter and remain in the United Kingdom.

Inability to attend because of passport, visa, immigration, transportation, or other personal travel issues does not alter the Retreat cancellation policy.

Participants are responsible for arranging their travel according to the arrival and departure times established by Broughton Sanctuary and communicated by the Retreat Hosts.

7. What Is Included

The Retreat price includes the accommodations, meals, scheduled retreat programming, and access to included Broughton Sanctuary facilities and experiences described on the Retreat sales page, subject to reasonable changes and availability.

Programming may include meditation, breathwork, yoga, spiritual study, women’s circles, creative and reflective practices, nature experiences, sound healing, and other scheduled retreat offerings.

8. What Is Not Included

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Retreat price does not include:

Airfare or other transportation to and from Broughton Sanctuary; travel insurance; travel medical insurance; massages or separately priced spa treatments; personal purchases; optional services; passport, visa, or travel-document expenses; or other personal expenses.

Participants are responsible for any additional charges they personally incur at Broughton Sanctuary.

9. Retreat Schedule & Programming

The Retreat Hosts reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, timing, sequence, teachers, facilitators, activities, meals, programming, or other details of the Retreat when necessary.

The daily schedule may change in response to weather, venue requirements, facilitator judgment, participant wellbeing, availability, or the natural flow and needs of the Retreat.

Reasonable changes that do not materially alter the overall nature of the Retreat do not constitute cancellation of the Retreat and do not create an automatic right to a refund.

10. Broughton Sanctuary & Third-Party Services

Participants agree to follow all applicable rules, policies, safety requirements, and guidelines established by Broughton Sanctuary relating to accommodations, grounds, spa facilities, buildings, equipment, and other areas of the property.

Certain amenities, activities, treatments, services, meals, facilities, or experiences may be operated or provided by Broughton Sanctuary or independent third parties.

Availability of third-party amenities and services is subject to change. The Retreat Hosts cannot guarantee that every advertised third-party amenity or service will remain available exactly as described.

Reasonable changes or interruptions to third-party services do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.

Independent providers remain responsible for their own services, acts, and omissions, subject to applicable law.

11. Rooms & Accommodations

The Retreat Hosts will make reasonable efforts to honor the room selection made at booking. However, reasonable room changes may be necessary because of venue requirements, availability, maintenance, operational needs, or other circumstances.

For participants sharing accommodations, reasonable efforts will be made to honor roommate requests. The Retreat Hosts cannot guarantee compatibility between roommates, and room changes may not be available once the Retreat has begun.

12. Participant Health Information

Participants are responsible for informing the Retreat Hosts of relevant medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility requirements, pregnancy, or other circumstances that could reasonably affect safe participation in the Retreat.

This information should be provided accurately and completely so that reasonable accommodations or modifications can be considered where possible.

Disclosure does not guarantee that every condition or requirement can be accommodated.

Participants should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if they have questions about whether a particular practice or activity is appropriate for them.

13. Required Forms & Deadline

All required participant information, including health information, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, emergency-contact details, and any other requested registration materials, must be completed no later than July 28, 2027, which is 45 days before the Retreat begins.

The separate Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk must also be completed and signed in advance of the Retreat and no later than July 28, 2027.

Participants who fail to complete required forms or waivers may be prevented from participating until the requirements are satisfied. Failure to complete required documentation does not create a right to a refund.

14. Participation in Retreat Activities

Participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, nature walks, spa facilities, reflective practices, and other Retreat activities is voluntary.

Each participant is responsible for listening to her body, honoring her personal limits, and deciding whether participation in any particular activity is appropriate.

Specific assumptions of risk, releases, and liability provisions relating to physical participation will be addressed in the separate Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk.

15. Outdoor Activities

Participants understand that portions of the Retreat may take place outdoors on a large countryside estate.

Outdoor experiences may involve walking, uneven or slippery terrain, hills, woodland paths, natural surfaces, changing temperatures, rain, mud, insects, and other ordinary conditions associated with outdoor environments.

Participants are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and determining whether an activity is suitable for their individual abilities.

Outdoor programming may be modified, relocated, postponed, or canceled due to weather or safety considerations without creating an automatic right to a refund.

16. Pregnancy

Participants who are pregnant at the time of booking or who become pregnant before the Retreat are asked to notify the Retreat Hosts.

Pregnancy may affect participation in certain yoga practices, breathwork techniques, sauna, steam, hydrotherapy, spa facilities, and other activities.

Participants are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider regarding appropriate participation.

17. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Participants should disclose dietary restrictions and food allergies by the required participant-information deadline.

The Retreat Hosts and venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary requirements where possible. However, an entirely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Participants with serious allergies or highly specific dietary or medical needs remain responsible for determining whether the available arrangements are appropriate for them.

18. Personal Growth & Wellbeing

Return to the Well is intended as a personal-growth, educational, spiritual, and wellbeing experience.

The Retreat and its teachings and practices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or other licensed professional services.

Some reflective, spiritual, group, or personal-growth practices may be emotionally evocative. Participants remain responsible for caring for their own emotional wellbeing, determining their own level of participation, and seeking appropriate outside professional support when needed.

19. Community Conduct

The Retreat is intended to provide a respectful, supportive, and safe environment.

Participants agree to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, Retreat Hosts, teachers, practitioners, venue staff, third-party providers, and the property itself.

Behavior that is threatening, abusive, harassing, intentionally disruptive, unsafe, destructive, or materially interferes with the experience or wellbeing of others may result in a participant being asked to modify her behavior or leave the Retreat.

The Retreat Hosts reserve the right, in their reasonable judgment, to end a participant’s participation when her behavior presents a meaningful safety concern or materially disrupts the Retreat.

A participant removed because of serious misconduct, unsafe behavior, or a material violation of these Terms is not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the Retreat, subject to applicable law.

20. Community Confidentiality

The Retreat Hosts ask all participants to honor confidentiality as a community agreement and ethical expectation.

Personal stories, disclosures, experiences, or sensitive information shared by another participant during circles, conversations, teachings, or group practices should not be shared outside the Retreat without that participant’s permission.

The Retreat Hosts will encourage and uphold this community agreement but cannot guarantee the actions or confidentiality of every individual participant.

21. Photography & Recording

Participants may take reasonable personal photographs during the Retreat provided that they respect the privacy and wishes of others.

Participants should obtain consent before photographing another participant in a way that identifies her, particularly during private, reflective, emotional, ceremonial, or group experiences.

Participants may not make audio or video recordings of retreat teachings, circles, group discussions, practices, or other participants without prior permission.

Any separate consent for photography, video, or promotional use by the Retreat Hosts will be addressed separately from these Terms & Conditions.

22. Intellectual Property

Retreat teachings, written materials, worksheets, practices, course materials, recordings, handouts, exercises, and other original content provided by Morgan Rose Simeone, Kristina Constantino, or invited teachers remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

Materials are provided for participants’ personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.

Participants may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, record, teach, or present proprietary Retreat materials as their own without prior written permission from the appropriate creator.

23. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, electronics, jewelry, personal items, and other belongings.

The Retreat Hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

24. Property Damage

Participants are financially responsible for damage they personally cause to Broughton Sanctuary, accommodations, furnishings, facilities, Retreat materials, or other property beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Any charges imposed by the venue as a result of such damage may be passed on to the responsible participant where appropriate.

25. Emergency Contact & Emergency Assistance

Each participant must provide an emergency contact before attending the Retreat.

In the event that the Retreat Hosts reasonably believe there is an urgent health or safety concern, the participant authorizes the Retreat Hosts to contact the emergency contact provided and, where reasonably necessary, seek emergency medical assistance on the participant’s behalf.

The participant remains responsible for medical treatment, transportation, hospital, ambulance, prescription, or other healthcare expenses incurred on her behalf.

26. Privacy of Participant Information

Personal, medical, dietary, accessibility, and emergency-contact information collected for the Retreat will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Retreat, communicate with participants, make appropriate arrangements, and support participant health and safety.

Information may be shared with Broughton Sanctuary or relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to accommodate a participant’s needs or respond to an emergency.

27. Participant Communications

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information, reading Retreat communications, and responding to requests or completing requirements by communicated deadlines.

Important information regarding transportation, schedules, forms, accommodations, packing, arrival, and other Retreat matters may be communicated by email before the Retreat.

28. Special Requests & Exceptions

Any special arrangement, exception, modification, promise, or accommodation relating to these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by Morgan Rose Simeone or Kristina Constantino.

Informal conversations or requests do not modify these Terms unless subsequently confirmed in writing.

29. Retreat Cancellation by the Hosts

If the Retreat Hosts cancel the Retreat and the Retreat is not rescheduled, participants will receive a refund of retreat payments made to the Retreat Hosts, subject to applicable law.

The Retreat Hosts are not responsible for airfare, transportation, travel insurance premiums, passport or visa expenses, accommodation booked independently, or other third-party or personal expenses incurred by participants.

This is one reason participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

30. Retreat Postponement

If the Retreat must be postponed, participants will be given the choice to:

  1. transfer amounts paid to the rescheduled Retreat dates; or

  2. receive a refund of retreat payments made to the Retreat Hosts.

The Retreat Hosts are not responsible for third-party travel expenses or losses associated with a postponement except where required by applicable law.

31. Events Beyond the Hosts’ Reasonable Control

The Retreat Hosts may need to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel all or part of the Retreat because of circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, venue closure, infrastructure failure, widespread travel disruption, or other extraordinary circumstances that make holding the Retreat unsafe, unlawful, or impracticable.

If such circumstances require the entire Retreat to be postponed, participants may transfer their payments to the rescheduled Retreat or request a refund of retreat payments made to the Retreat Hosts.

If the Retreat is canceled entirely rather than rescheduled, retreat payments made to the Retreat Hosts will be refunded, subject to applicable law.

The Retreat Hosts are not responsible for separate travel or other third-party expenses incurred by participants.

32. Concerns During the Retreat

If a participant has a concern or complaint regarding the Retreat, accommodations, programming, another participant, or a service being provided, she is encouraged to bring it promptly to Morgan Rose Simeone or Kristina Constantino.

Participants agree to provide the Retreat Hosts with a reasonable opportunity to understand and, where possible, address a concern while the Retreat is still underway.

33. Good-Faith Resolution of Disputes

If a disagreement or dispute arises concerning the Retreat, booking, payments, or these Terms & Conditions, the participant and Retreat Hosts agree to first make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly and informally.

Nothing in this provision prevents a participant or the Retreat Hosts from exercising legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

34. Changes to These Terms

The Retreat Hosts may make reasonable updates to these Terms & Conditions before the Retreat when necessary to reflect operational, venue, legal, safety, or administrative requirements.

Any material change affecting a booked participant’s rights or obligations will be communicated to that participant in writing.

No change to these Terms will remove or restrict rights provided by applicable law.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

36. No Waiver

If the Retreat Hosts choose not to enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions on one occasion, that does not waive their right to enforce the same or another provision on a later occasion.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the participant’s booking details, payment arrangements, required participant forms, and any written modifications agreed to by the Retreat Hosts, constitute the agreement relating to participation in the Retreat.

The separate Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk and any separate photography or media consent documents supplement these Terms where applicable.

38. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box during registration and submitting a booking or payment, the participant confirms that she:

has had an opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions before booking; understands the cancellation and refund policy; understands her travel and participant responsibilities; agrees to complete all required forms and waivers; and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
